I bought a car from them Audi a5. 2014 two months ago and last week engine light start popping up and I went to dealership they said couple things need to be replaced and it’s gonna cost $3500. So we contact the insurance which is given by (tom Gary auto) they said whatever needs to replace it’s not covered by insurance. However I went down to Tom Gary auto sales and explained them the situation and they helped me with everything thank you Tom Gary auto sales

I’ve purchased their 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, in November of 2024, I am in love with purchase of this SUV I haven’t had any problems with the vehicle so far. I did take the vehicle to get it inspected all I needed was a set of new tires due to the weather. Barrett is a great car salesman whom will take care of you in your purchase!

Was one of the best experiences I've had with a salesman, usually they push and push and I've always walked away uninterested, Barrett Brown is the guy to go to, he was exactly the kind of salesman everyone needs to learn from, all he said was I need a copy of your driver's license here is the keys in the mean time check it out before I get back with your ID's and if you have any questions inbetween time you can think of let me know. 5 minutes maybe pass to here are your ID's any questions? No? Have fun test driving it. Come back to here is the service reports and carfax info on that vehicle let me know what you think about it. He actually let me talk and take control of how I want to spend my money. Absolutely a great experience in and out less than an hour. Great business no doubt in my mind why they are successful a pleasure to drive 3 hours away again to spend my money on another vehicle. Keep up the amazing work! Ended up purchasing a 2013 Audi A4 2.0t Quattro wife loves it so nothing but positive things to say.

First time I spoke with Barrett he had me meet with another one of his colleagues Megan. She was very helpful my trip there to look at cars. The car I was looking at was still there and yesterday they provided tremendous service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I purchased a Fort Taurus from this dealer in 2015 and just returned to purchase a Mercedes E350 2 months ago. Barrett was friendly and helpful. No pressure, just assistance. I'm pleased with cars I've purchased from Tom Gray and recommend them to anyone. Realize that these are used cars fairly represented. A buyer just needs to do normal research on the car and the dealer can be trusted.

I was searching for a BMW Z4 Convertible for some time, and came across this specific model offered at Tom Gray Auto Sales. This vehicle was in pristine condition with very low mileage given its year of manufacture. After a test drive and a thorough inspection, I did not hesitate to make an offer on this beautiful BMW roadster. The two sales representatives I dealt with were Megan and Jim. They were both very professional and made the purchase process quick and easy to understand all the details. I really don't think I could find an automobile dealer that rivals Tom Gray Auto Sales regarding their very friendly and professional approach to their customers. I will definitely consider this dealer should I decide to purchase another vehicle in the future. A Five-Star transaction in every way!!!
